I dynoed this lil motor ( its small at 490 cubes compared to what guys are running today lol) a couple years ago pretty much as is but with modified street Hemi Heads. .
It went 906hp @ 7200 and 726 ft.lbs @ 5700. But that was with an old Barton sheet metal manifold. I believe one of his first designs.
This Nicopolis manifold went 854 hp with one carb pouring raw fuel into the motor and those street Hemi Heads.
With these FHO alloys it should surpass the sheet metal manifold numbers.
It's gonna be a fun lil "street" motor .

I do all my own work on my stuff with only the machining done out of house. I didn't want to put alloy heads on this thing but the street Hemi heads developed a sprinkler effect in one of the exhaust ports.

Those numbers are terrific, and all the more impressive that you do everything but the machining yourself! I like to tinker, to be sure, but I leave the heavy lifting to more qualified people like you.
