Maybe the picture is for reference which would explain the lack of rubber/plastic grommets on the holes to protect the lines that go through those holes from wear due to vibration etc. 1 less thing to have to chase down later if you know what I mean. Walt, we will absolutely grommet that hole, not 100% sure we have all the wire and cables figured out yet. Thanks for watching along!
