Ed, your life is too complicated for me at my age....coordinating pool boys, Molly maids, gardeners, sail boat detailers......
I have a dry erase board that I write down one planned activity for the following day. (PTSD). That gives me one activity to focus on in bed. Tomorrow, it is vacuum the pool.
