Darren Owens(Harold's son) posted memorial services for Harold on FB. The service will be at Bakersfield National Cemetery in Arvin,Ca on Dec 15th at 12:30. The service will last 30 mins.. Harold will receive full military honors.Darren will try to stream live on FB for people unable to attend. The address is:30338 E. Bear Mountain Blvd. 93203..
