Number 1 weight and a purple spring! Should get you down about 600 rpm. Looks like one of springs is green. Change it with a purple and if you need more change the other spring if you can tell what color it is. According to chart the heavier weight will change shift approx 400 rpm Springs move approx 100 per color up to 600 total. There are 6 colors in the kits.
