Years ago at another house I built a 32x28 garage. As soon as it was up tight and all the inspections were done, I rolled my mustang in and did a burnout to "break in the new shop".
New concrete got hot and exploded a fist size hole in the 2 week old concrete that I paid $5000 to have laid. The wife was furious but I said, "now it's mine".

Had that place 364 days and was posted to another province....didn't affect the resale, lol!
