Tim - I'll take primary responsibility for not wanting to make a final decision until Thursday. There are a lot of things we have to consider before changing schedules when we have limited dates to work with (and our rain-out date being in conflict with a national open). Knowing weather forecasts can literally change overnight, holding off on a final decision until Thursday isn't unreasonable. That doesn't mean we haven't been evaluating a variety of possibilities. I do appreciate the patience as we take one more day to finalize and communicate plans. When mother nature doesn't cooperate, any decision we make is going to cause an a** ache for somebody.

To be clear, the absolute priority is to run the memorial race this weekend and that is the goal. There's a few different ways to try and tackle this and deal with moving the "regular" race around to accommodate.

Heck, NHRA has no problem running us in the rain so why not do the same for an ASRA race
