Help with old racecar..
Hello to all from the new guy. I found this forum looking for pics of Bob Unkefer's rides. Not only is he one heckuva racer but a great model builder in our club in K.C....
Maybe someone here can help with my 1:1 racer. It is a 1970 Mustang that raced under the name Black Magic in Alabama and Georgia during 1973-74. Several people remember the car, it was a black fastback that was a 428 car. It may have raced with or without the Shaker scoop and several racers remember seeing it at Atlanta Speed Shop Dragway. I would sure like to hear from anyone who remembers the car, raced against it or has pics or knows who may have pics of it. I believe it was owned by a gentleman named Larry Wolfe who was known to race other Fords with the Black Magic name. I will be starting on the restoration soon and I want to restore it to what it may have looked like while it was raced.
