You know, an innovative person can finance these if you are a little creative. I am a car dealer first and a banker second. I have helped a couple of people finance these things. The key is they are identifiable by serial # even they have no title. Banks do it daily, use a UCC filing to record your interest in anything identifiable. In many states boats don't have titles, but have serial numbers. Now if you got a beacon score that won't stand a look, your local banker might not help. There is no national across the board program, but your local guy with everything else ok should be able to do it. Kevin and I were in Detroit for the last three days.
