Correct. And after your index is set you cannot change it after 1st rnd qualifying. You will see everyone scrambling to put weight in early in the mornings, then dumping weight as the day goes on. I have raced NMCA since 1997 and it is a great bunch to race with. Most of the NSS cars could win a car show.
