Todd, that is impressive you can hold at 4000; I can barely hold 3000. By the way, thanks again for you help at Cecil!
I have Aerospace brakes on my car. The only time they drag is when the pads get worn on a skew. If your pads are more than a couple of seasons old than pull the pads off and check to see if they are worn unevenly. If they are they will drag. put some new pads on and recheck.
