Yes Sir you are allowed to weld tabs on control arms for the shock mounts, and yes ya have to grind the hole out, tabs are better, ya have more meat to bolt to, then the tbar system, but have Santhuff's in stock with Tbars(for who wants to bolt in) and have mount kits as well.
