Update: I found the shop that I think the old bracket car used to rot behind. Also found the owner that sold her after Katrina.

The shop looks like it would have been mostly underwater following the hurricane. The owner says he'll try to dig up some old photos, but can't help with who he sold the car to.

Post pics if anybody's got color pics of it following its trailer accident, nose removal, and repaint under Norm Pearah. Happy hunting.
