If you sample the similar blocks available on eBay, anywhere from $4800 and up! 1967-only casting number for all early 427's in passenger cars and Corvettes.
There's a 1967 Corvette Coupe with a block stamped "7120634" for sale as well, at a cool $88,300 BIN!
