Re: Baptism by Nitro
Lastnight on Autoweek's site, there was a listing of the new fines and punshments for fuel cars that break stuff and blow things up. It seems "no hotrods allowed" is upset about timing of events and how it effects t.v. coverage.I thought it was supposed to be racing, ya' know stuff breaks, not polo. Since it's not 1965 anymore and there aren't but barely enough cars to have a 16 car show, just what do they want, a slow clean 5.30 show? By they way, who was it that about 12-15 years ago would have a yellow/green fog in the pits when he was warming up a fuel motor. He has passed on, but the stuff ran hard.Clayton Harris maybe??
