If you are pressing a bearing check if the bearing sides are convex or flat ( like the Jessel bearings bulge outward not flat). if you don't press with a driver with a similar contour, it gets crushed, binds the rollers, and eventually cracks the bearing case. Heating the rocker body and cooling the bearing works well with light oil and can get by using a flat surface to press.
