Who is the best builder for a Super Stock Thermoquad ? Will it make any difference having a -8AN line going into as opposed to a -6AN line ?
Thanks |

Thanks Myron, but I need Racer testimonal as to who they used and I think JC is lookin for this info also. I've done 3 in house, one for shop test on customers engines and two for engines wev'e sent out the door for customers. All of them have been a challenge, hours to do, findin parts and then multiple pulls on the dyno to set air fuel, butterfly angles, air door shape and setting. All the ones my customers have come up with we need to fix... Someone out there must know...

Steve Wann is good with TQ's. Angelo Phillips and I have been doing our own based on Steves original blueprint and have had good success.Jack Foshee is also really good with them also.we do away with the metering rod setup and run holley jets and a few other tricks.Right now we are testing to see wether the side inlet or the bottom inlet is better for fuel feed. and we have been using -6 line with a bypass system. Also use a good air cleaner.my company sells a single 4 copy of the fresh air style unit the works killer.

I don't want to say ive Mastard them, but ive done a pretty good job,, learning from Steve Wann, Bill Bushmaker, and a few other's... i guess ill know in about 7 days when i make a pass @ Pamona.... i just built a new one for my stocker.. I have a good back up that Marlin Bogner had done for my superstocker. so i guess if the new don't work it's back to plan B
