On my 90 Mustang, do I need to have the metal and plastic inner parts for the bumpers? or do I just need the poly outer covers?

Thanks... guess that does it for me trying to convert this thing back to a SS'er. Between having to change out the hood, front k-member, a arms, Find a Ford Trans that will live (remove my glide)and find and put back in all the bumper stuff. May as well just leave it as a good bracket/S/ST car.
