Live from Maple Grove-NHRA Lucas Oil Series
Just heads to all the t/s and t/d. I will be doing a 'live from" at all the races I attend. If you guys and girls would like and info on the race or any pictures let me know. I shot a few pictures of T/S and will have T/D tomorrow.
Most of the cars are in for the night, the test session is over. The weather was warm and muggy, but some of the drivers I talked to said the track was good, very smooth. More tomorrow.... |

What a difference a day makes. Temp is 64 and cloudy, but the sky is starting to brighten a bit. It is supposed be cloudy today with a chance of a shower.
The track is dry and looks good, even though we had some rain over night. It looks like a good turnout with lots of cars coming this morning. I don't think we will be starting at 8:30 like schedule says, but it should be soon. |

I have to tell you guys, t/s and t/d have some very cool cars. Man I would love to take a ride in one.

More cool cars, weather for this morning, cloudy, muggy and warm. And oh yes, a little rain, just misting, but it will delay the start of the day. Lets hope we get a good day of racing in without all the oil downs like yesterday.

I wish I could give everyone some more info. Running around taking pictures and racing makes it hard to talk with racers and watch all the classes.
Everyone can get all the numbers on DRC. It was a long day, but the tech department got it done. Although short handed, they did a great job. |
