Piedmont S/SS combo- Nov,13th

Who all is coming to the next-to-the-last race of the season?

I would say we will be there with the stocker with Jr driving ,but every time i say we are going something happens.

So we ain't going (just saying to decoy my real intentions) lol....

Maybe somebody will see you there......??.

Oh ,everybody in the top 5 in points , you don't have to show up ! lol.....
Points look tight and no body is dominating the series ,which is good in my opinion......

Points are really tight!!! Weather looks perfect!!! We should have a good field of cars, like we have all season. It's a perfect time for all the class racers to come out as they have test n tune going on as well as the CCRA race. If you're unfortunate enough to go out in the early rounds, like I have been all season, there's time to do some tuning and make some runs. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!!!

Hey senior,

I got plenty of intake manifold gaskets for a chevy small block! Left overs from the 70's! HaHa!
Grandson's birthday Sat in Charlotte, but gonna try to make it back in time! .

I got it back running ,just not tested yet....
Just gonna go anyway, regardless of what happens to the car...
My birthday is the 27th,them gaskets would make a good b-day present .lol...lol..

Gates open at 10. No crank up before 12. Time trials start at 12:30.

we are heading up there to watch. I have to pick up some tires for next weekend. Sucks the last 3 races I have gone to I have done pretty good......Looking forward to catching up with everyone tomorrow. I should be there with my Camera taking some pictures......

Looking forward to the 1/4 mile race next weekend!!

Not gonna make it Scott. I've got an electrical gremlin that after 2 hours of chasing, i decided to quit for today. Seems almost like everytime we either paint or weld on this car it picks up a serious miss. I'll search more sunday. Good luck, hope you have big car count.

Congrats to Homer Carty on winning and to Ken Myrick on his runner up finish. We had 32 cars and 29 making the first round call. Thanks to everyone who came out and thanks to Piedmont Dragway for running a great show for us. Our next & final race is this weekend at Fayetteville Motorsports Park. This is a 1/4 mile race. This will also be a double points race. Look forward to seeing everyone there!!!!
