Help settle a local in the back gas station-card playing argument about Chevy ll's............
Was a Super Sport option available for 2 door post sedans ???

I'm NO EXPERT but---2 DOOR Hard Top (sport coupe) only----no other body styles were available with the SS option

The SS option was only offered in the Sports Coup. The L79 option was offered in the Sedan but the SS option was not. Only 200 L79 options in the Sedan were ever made available from the factory.

Heres 3 L-79 cars I ran across a few years back. There was allegedly,, a L-79 wagon built, but I've never seen any proof,, probably an urban myth.
