I decided to post this because we don't hear much good these days. In the last few days these two companies made me look at racing and company support in a different view.
1st) Turbo Action I won three IHRA divisionals this year with a shifter I purchased from them, they offer contingency money through an "in house" program. this has been great, they have paid quickly and I have paid off the cost of the shifter in one season. The last race I won on September 20, 2013. I got their release form from them almost a week after. I have now collected most of the payouts from the other companies. Yesterday I received a letter from Turbo Action stating they realize they are behind in my contingency, apologized for the delay, and assured me they would have it out a.s.a.p. I want to type the last line for all to see: "We are sorry for the inconvenience in this matter. We definitely need to keep praying our country's issues will get better." signed, Paul & Hallie What else can I say? You guys have a referring customer for life! 2nd) Autometer A week ago I went digging through boxes in the basement and found a Auto Meter Level 3 External Digital Pro Shift Light that had quit on me many years ago. I remembered this thing cost well over $200. I have about 4 certificates from winning various races from them so I decided the $200. worth of gift certificates should cover the repair cost of the shift light. I sent it back to them, and they sent me a brand new one as a replacement, no questions asked! I now still hold the gift certificates that I will use for sure. Autometer, you too, have a lifelong referring customer. there are a lot of other great companies out there supporting our racing. just thought I would tell about a few that made me smile in the last week. anyone want to post about something good that has happened to them lately?
