Default Optima Battery charger contingency

Will the 4 amp battery charger that Optima sells qualify you for the charger contingency,or do you have to get the larger one?On the NHRA info page for the contingencies it does not specify what size you need.

Default Re: Optima Battery charger contingency

Lyn- it appeares that you can use EITHER the 400 or the 1200 charger to qualify for the "battery charger" portion of the contigency and then use an Optima battery for a seperate contigency listing for batteries--- however you must have a W9 on file and be signed up for the POWER NATION in addition to displaying the proper stickers in order to fullify their contigency requirements--- That's my take on it --FED387
