Mid Atlantic Top 32 Race # 1 Results

Just want to say Thank you to Mason Dixon and congrats to all the winners from Race # 1 - Saturday they tried their hardest to get the track in shape but just wasn't to be.

Congrats to all the winners at Race #1 of the Mid Atlantic Season Kick Off at Mason Dixon Dragway. I?m telling you, I know for the longest time we were spoiled here on the East Coast with Atco & Etown amongst other tracks within an hour or two but we need to take the blinders off and take the extra 1-2 hours trip to Mason Dixon Dragway at least once. I won?t lie I was on the fence also when I went looking for tracks in 2024 as to ?if? this would be a good fit for the series but Elmer, Jake, Mike, Josh, Bub and the whole staff at MD have opened their arms to this series. This is a track that wants to work with this series and welcomes the racers.

We had ALOT of new racers join us this past weekend who fell in love with the place and how good the track prep was. I got told on many occasions that their car just repeated and repeated run after run. You know what the other cool part was, fans in the stands, you don't see many people come out to watch this type of racing but to see the stands 1/2 full was cool.

The July race in 2024 to this race every class saw an increase in cars and of course the Juniors came out in force with almost 50 total. I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who made the trip, and we hope to see you all in a few weeks at Cecil County or a race down the road!
