Meguiars Mirror Glaze. Any auto parts store. Comes in two "grits", start with coarser, then work to the fine. Love it, great stuff.

It's been a while but the flight line gang used to have a kit for scratch repair on aircraft lexan. It worked great. I can't remember the manufacturer, but my guess would be that any aircraft supply outfit would have one.
