Grade Point Questions
I have a few questions on the NHRA grade point system that maybe someone can clarify for me.
1. Is there a NHRA site that shows details of what events grade points were earned? The only place I see any reference to ones grade points is the National Event registration page. 2. How soon after a Divisional or Open event should the points show up on your record? 3. If you think the grade points you have is wrong, who do you call at NHRA to get it fixed? Thanks

Re: Grade Point Questions
Al it looks like they have not updated the grade points with the open races yet. They did update the grading points with the Rockingham Lucas Oil race. You can call the div 2 office and they can help with those questions.

Re: Grade Point Questions
Al the only place I'm aware of for grade point info is the registration site. In normal years it updates a few days after your last race. If you need assistance contact Jennifer Lowe her email is JGregg@nhra.com.

Re: Grade Point Questions
Al,
If you visit www.NHRARacer.com there's a red button above the Division logo's that says "Points-Stats". Follow that link and it will take you to all the point information as far back as 2008. If there are any concerns, I think Cody Savage, the Division 2 Director would be your point of contact. Lew

Re: Grade Point Questions
You should know how many grade points you have
how many divisional events did you attend and or opens? that’s how many grade points you have

On the 'Points|Stats' page I see two columns, one with the points total and one labeled N/D. I assume that's National / Divisional events attended. I see nothing for grade points. My N/D number matches the 5 Divisional races I've competed.

Re: Grade Point Questions
Log in on the NHRA event registration web page and open the tech card in your account. on the right hand side of the card will list your grade points. When you try to enter an event the system will not let you in unless you have the correct amount of grade points for the event that you are trying to enter. Most popular events it takes 7-8 GP to get in with the low quotas.

Re: Grade Point Questions
The grade points are listed to the right of the divisional points as Lew suggested using the drop down menus.
