any help appreciated. i have a Long Shifter HB1000s standard H pattern shifter , it work well behind my Stock appearring nova super sport 396.. any reccomendation for lubrication on the shifter slide mechanism as a maintanence item . thanks,Chris

Use Boe-Lube T-9.
It is a Boeing proprietary formula they have licensed for public use.
It lubricates and also repels dirt and water.
It also works great when lubricating rod ends in suspension and steering components.
