Mcink, thank's for posting the photo's of Jack's race cars, photo's of the orange 69 camaro are when the famous BK ran it. When Jack raced it was J/SA 5787. Thanks again love the old photo's.

Keep the old photo's Thunder Valley Dragway coming love to see the old race cars. Do's anybody have photo's of verlin sundays corrvet and bob koppein's chevelle? Thank's JPfan club.

dont know the Corvette you speak of, and are you talking of Bob's white Chevelle with the Buick interior?

If you mean Verlyn Sunde(I think that's how it's spelled). Car is back to original now:

Not sure if Mr. Sunde had more corvettes or not???

The corvette photo that iam looking for is of Verlin Sunde's is the one that he raced in 1983 at Thunder Valley's divison 5 points meet, as far as the very famous BK's chevelle it was white with black interior. If anybody has photos from the 1982 or 1983 points races from thunder valley please post, i have some but there are not very good.

Is it the 71 vette your looking for,I believe Norm Voss bought it off Verlyn, is it not the one Jack Briner runs now in C,D. John gsa612

Yes that is the one iam looking for '71 corvette of Mr Sunde's i have a photo of it but it's very blurrie. Thanks for the help.

I was just talking to Norm Voss at the GoodGuys Show in Des Moines. He said he sold his 71 vette to Jack. Must be the same one Jack has now. I think Norm said it was originally the Glass Slipper car of Frank Ham. Norm won the Musclecar of the Show at the Des Moines GoodGuys event with his 70 Ram Air IV Judge. Purchased it new.

I'm pretty sure Verlyn also raced the Vette I posted a pic of, but must have been in the early 70's.
