I don't see why anyone would want to have it set like that. What it means is that as soon as the transbreak releases the throttle stop will close. My car makes very good power and I don't want it to close that fast. You try not to have the rpm's dip when it goes on the stop, and I would think that would be more prone to dip if the stop closed that quick.
