This will get a LOT of opinions about what to do about only slowing down .4-.5. To get your second timer number into a manageable window, I would set the stop/stall about 4500-4600. Shift at about .8-1 second. I believe that if you set the stop/stall lower, your second timer number window will be so small that it will be inconsistent for weather changes.
