I'd go with a #1 Stop under-carb style. Air or electric will work; personal preference. Any delay box with a timer function will operate it equally well, in my opinion.

If you use electric, be sure to use 10ga wire to power and ground the throttle stop solenoid, with the power coming through a relay that is operated by the delay box. I initially ignored this advice and ran 14ga wire direct from the delay box to the throttle stop. It seemed to work fine for awhile, but eventually it was opening very slowly. HUGE difference after upgrading the wiring.
