Tech Card DQ

I have not witnessed that however, I have witnessed a helmet check in the lanes and the tech staff walking around with at least 2 helmets that did not meet the tech requirements.
The racers were also sent back to the pits.
That was last year and I do not recall if it was in time trials or eliminations.
I have witnessed the seat belt check for dates at several races since the no tech at the National events began.
