As a kid, the small Arkansas town where I grew up (I was 16 in 1968) had :
City Ordinance 616. Excessive noise from an automobile / truck. It was up to the officer as to what was acceptable "noise". (open headers-loud glasspacks-tires squalling-no lid on air breather-music) I remember it well. lol. Last edited by Charlie A; 01-10-2019 at 06:06 PM. |
