Bill,
Nice to hear some positives about LVD i thought i was the only one fighting back about this B.S. nonsense.
Like Wayne said he is working on bringing back more racers its going to take alittle time.
I feel there is a "group" hiding behind screen names that like to try and belittle LVD.
Since I,m not attacking the valley I see no need to post my name for now.
It seems like "some" people are alittle pissed that LVD and Ken/Debbie got together to do these races and are trying to undermind it before it starts.
WHY?

Just to adress your safety concern. I have gone 6.8s at lebanon valley several times. I have friends who have gone 6.8 and 6.7s there. None of us have ever had a problem. I think the people your hearing from represent a small minority Trust me If I had a safety concern I would park my car in a second. I have been there on days when the track was supposedly terrible according to other racers with cars a lot slower than mine. Never had a problem myself. In fact we werer there one of those days with my fathers front engine car with 12 inch tires running mid to low sevens. He never had a problem while high seven second cars were whining about the track. Makes me wonder if maybe they need to stop making excuses and fix their combination.

An old comp elminator racer once told us the track gives us a track to race on. Its up to us to get down it. If its unsafe thats one thing. But every track is not going to be perfect every time.

As to not wanting to race slower cars whats that about. I am there to race. I will race whoever is alongside me. Its bracket racing. No matter what you call it. whoever cuts the light and can drive the stripe better is going to win.

Hi B.J. ,
Good post.
Talk about tracks and racing conditions. You guys complaining about the valley ,check out the post from the super stock guys 1st round pomona. The "WINTER NATIONALS" complaining about 1st round tire spin. These guys are not even close to 6/7 sec. runs.

Blown hemi
Here is a little banter for you. People that build Pro-Mods that run 6.50 are not going to qualify unless the REAL Pro-Mod guys are all snowed in. Running 6.50 at any heads -up race that pays $10,000 should not even make the show. If you can win a bunch of $10,000 races running that slow make us a list of when and where, I'll buy one too. I can't stand idiots that want to go fast, and then whine when it does not hook all the time. Professional heads-up racing is about racing the track and tuning the car to perform in all conditions.
AS soon as you found out the Quick 16 race wasn't for you, you could have let it go.This is a CLASS RACER forum, not a Pro-Mod wannabee forum. If you need to feel good about yourself try waxing your car and tell yourself how "Pretty"it is.

All of a sudden a "little banter" has struck a nerve. Don't go away mad, just go away. Or
Why don't you tell us how YOU set the purses at the tracks you race at. Last I knew only exhibition cars set their own rates. You are just another loudmouth that can't bracket race, but can't race with the big boys so you try to make your own class and talk down to people. I have a big blue bottle that says I can run in the 6's anytime I want. Unlike nitwits like you I wont bring a car to the track and race in a class I can't win.

Where did you go? I have endless banter for you. You liked dishing it out but you don't like the truth back at you.

This year that "pathetic little track" had a bad flood in the middle of the night, a racer called me because one of my cars was down there in a trailer. When I got there the staff and a bunch of racers were working in thigh to chest deep mucky, oily flood water to try and get everybody's equipment to safety. Not just people they knew but everyone's stuff. The staff worked tirelessly to clean up, and many racers donated parts and helped others clean and repair the damage to their cars, trailers and motorhomes. They did not have to paid to show up, they just came out to help.I have raced at most of the biggest and best tracks on the east coast, but I would rather park in a muddy field and race for free on a skating rink with people like that, than put up with Blown EGOs like you.
