M68,
I'll give it the 'old college try'. Judy's car (1967 Belvedere I sedan post-car) was purchased in December 1966. It went through 'Fry Plymouth' out of Colorado It was as it is in the photo, a 1967 Belvedere I sedan (post-car), Street-Hemi, 4-speed. The R/O Belvedere II (hardtop) cars didn't get built until February. Though the car was not an R/O, it was a pretty much a 'delete everything' car. The car came through with a flat-hood, and at first was in A/Stock, then into SS/B with a flat-hood (non-R/O hood). Eventually a correct R/O hood scoop was added. It was somewhat of a Mopar Test Car (pre-cursor for the R/O program). It was factory-backed, so technically it was the only non-hardtop 1967 Hemi in partial R/O trim.
