Got a question.. Being I'm new to this class racing and all, can someone explain to me how a car gets "locked" into a single class... I understand how a AA/s can not go up but how does it get to where it can't go down?? Is it the ballast or added weight is too much??? Just wondering... Thanks Mack

This car should still be able to run A. The new weight break is a 7.77 which is a natural AA. However, the car can still move up one class to A. Now if this combination gets more HP and works its way to a weight break below 7.5, then it would not be eligible to run A anymore. For example, the 08 Cobra Jet Auto used to fit in A, but after getting Hp once it moved it's weight break below 7.5.
