I'm trying to learn a new word today, too.
I found this usage in the cross dresser's forum, but I don't think it's the same meaning: " I'm totally for fitting in. Even standing out can be done in a couple of ways. There's a tasteful way, and there's a questionably tasteful way. Most school girls and, to my belief, a good part of the crossdressers that want to stand out, pick the distasteful and shrill way. Jesus...this thread got out of control, I hope its not because people have the misinterpretation of Chris...
