For best consistency, IMHO, I think the order goes: air plate, air linkage, electric plate, electric linkage. First is a good air plate like Dedenbear or #1 Stop, if you can't cut enough MPH (too much HP) go with Biondo's air linkage, then down the line from there.

Adding CO2 is not a nightmare, go check out Biondo's page and get a bottle kit along with a #1 stop, or get a Dedenbear kit from Jegs/Summit that includes the bottle and all the other pieces, and you're good to go.
