Try this stuff www.novuspolish.com use steps 1,2 & 3 it is good stuff have used it on lexan before and it worked.

Novus is the best, just be sure to use very soft cloths, like microfiber.

John purchase some quality microfiber towels, stay away from the cheap ones at Wally World. You get what you pay for.
Get a 70/30 mixture towel (you will find this on the tag) stay away from the 80/20 mixture |

McGuires makes stuff just for that I just bought some at Advanced for my shield and it worked great and on Pro Mod windows.

Try Lemon Pledge with a soft cloth. Worked for me to remove the haze and bring it back to like new condition. Deep scratches might be a bit different. A cheap try and if it doesnt work, use it to polish the car. Beautiful shine.
