Barrett-Jackson,,,,,,
should be ashamed of themselves,,,,,,,, claiming that the recent 68 Hemi car was the only exported 68' Race Hemi. Brings back memories of Craig Jackson stating that Ray Allen's 70' LS-6 SS454 Chevelle convertible was undefeated in SS/EA. No reason to lie,,,,,,or fabricate a story.. |

Check out the width of those rear hides, that car was tubbed enough to stuff 16" wide tires under there, pretty sure when I saw the car years ago there was rear frame relocation.

Brodlieb Motors
Woodmere (Long Island), New York Though a small dealership, it was a dynamo dealership for performance parts and cars, and held 'Super Car Clinics'. Some have said that they received a BO29 Hemi Super/Stock Barracuda. Supposedly, the car was taken out for a test run, and crashed into a telephone pole,,,,,,????? The 1965 Barracuda (pictured below), was a 273/180 HP (2-Barrel). Campaigned in 1965 (I/SA), 1966 (J/SA),1967 (I/SA) and 1968 (N/SA). It was a very successful stocker out on Long Island (Islip Speedway and Westhampton Dragstrip) ![]() Last edited by Paul Ceasrine; 12-26-2011 at 11:48 AM. |
