I am by no means an expert of any kind. With that said. I would limit the travel in the front end as much as possible, so the car react quicker. Also what RPM are you leaving at? Raising the RPM may also get the job done for you. Still a Rookie Cal HR 1177 |

What kind of front and rear suspension are you running? Weight of the car can have a bearing as well...particularly if very heavy and a PG with 1.76 or 1.82 first gear...

Weight of car, first gear ratio, converter stall and launch rpm info would be helpful to give you some feedback with.

take the .01 out and make it .1 or more, see what that does first...

I have a stock front end back half ladder bar car that will run 10.00 about 3000 lbs
very loose conveter I have found the best for me is .5 before the stop to be able to have around .04 in the box so in case I am having a slow day or at a track (like cecil d-1 race ) with only .005 in the box to go 00. my 2 cents jim I |

yep, at the Mir sportsman spectacular i was at .02 out, just could not get out of beams, bad lights, changed it to .2 out = wheel stand, found .1 works for me with no wheelie and back to decent rts and consistant 60's.....
