I think the way i should have put it is. If we have people interested in running for the board why don't we have one election, with all interested parties on a ballot. The people with the most votes get the three spots, the three year terms go to the two with the most amount of votes and the one year term goes to the third place person. Why not simplify it and make it One Election instead of two.
