Billy I don't kno how you are handleling donations, but Moneymaker RAcing is willing to donate free of charge a pair of Calvert Racing true 90/10 front shock for your Grand Prix, along with a good used Holley fuel pressure regulator. just let us know where to send the stuff if you want it and it will be on the way via Fed Ex

Does he have any light weight wheels on the front yet? I love this build and have been following from the beginning. |

Hey, thanks to Bill Shurla, we've got another U/SA for the 1,000 category...but you've already done that. Maybe we'll build it and hop it up for The Shootout next year...,..??

WOW, great thread Billy, it has inspired me building my 65 Impala. I can't afford to have people do the work, not too sure I would want to anyway. With my 68 Impala Ii built I taught myself how to weld and use a lathe and bridgeport. Learned how to degree a cam, body work & paint (only "race car : quality, "20 footer") ect, ect. I am finding building the 65 Impala is easier because of what i learned from the 68. Please keep it this thread up!
