this issue can be solved by not letting him race or attend any race.Eric , i dont know if you have any small children , but if you do ,let him pit near you at all the races next year and we'll see how you feel.

![]() I agree... But Another good point brought up is NHRA will probably just use the same lame excuse IF IT DID NOT HAPPEN AT A NHRA FACILITY OR EVENT.... If that is the case then I agree with whoever posted to drop a call to the local police office IF the person in question should have the nerve to show back up. I have three children, two of them are over 17 now but my youngest is 11. He races, and the last thing I want to worry about is his saftey off of the track while at the track. |

another good exaple of this is Gene Snow... His competition licence has been revoked yet he can still own a team...
I am not sure I would agree with NHRA on allowing this man to have his name associated with anything to do with anything... except maybe the OLD archives... Yet Spencer Masseys TAD car is still being listed as owned by Snow Racing. |

Well, I thought I was done, but I had to respond to Frank,
Yes I do have small children. But you know what? It's MY job as a parent to watch out for their safety, whether physical or emotional. It's not the NHRA's job. If this guy pitted next to me, at least I'd know to watch out for him. What about the other people you don't know who pit next to you- do you know what/who they're looking at through their motorhome windows???

as posted by eric
Or they could just say that because none of it happened at an NHRA facility, whatever the guy did in his own home is none of NHRA's business. Can you be fired from your job because you smoked a joint while on vacation? eric you can be fired from your job if you smoke a joint at home at most jobs if you drop dirty your done nhra has a rule abought drug felonies and convictions and also on alcohol as in you must have a valid drivers licence ther forth if you lose your licence for drunk driving you cant race so in some ways nhra has set rules that effect you even if you do them away from the track

Jeff,
I've never had anyone from NHRA ask me for my state drivers license, just my NHRA membership card and Competition License.

With nearly 4,800 views and only a handful of supporters (willing to show their name) I am not sure if NHRA would take this online petition seriously. We may need to take the next step and get signatures and addresses at a divisional race. I would be able to do this in Div1 and get 90% of people to sign, however I am concerned with other Divisions really not caring enough to do anything. I guess we will have to see if anything comes up.
