Wink Re: why did my car slow down?

Ken,

A deeper tranny pan will also help , do you use a fan or sprayer to cool motor & trans between rounds ??? Good Luck..

Dwight, I want to, along with a Pontiac 400... Just time and money:-)
Dave, have deep pan, adding a temp gauge.
Thanks everyone. I am planning to run it tomorrow and see what happens. Will let you all know.
Unless I got the sprag in the ATI, I can't find anything wrong but heat.

Well, after two long days and nights at the TX Motorplex, two races and some rain, the car is fine... No problems, ran right on the number. Must have just been hot.
I am going to put a cooler on the trans. Maybe a few more changes, as it looks like I will be bracket racing a little more, while I get my son more laps in his Jr. He made the semi's this weekend, and is enjoying it.

Thanks all of the help, PM's and calls.

Hope you all have a great Memorial Day, and thank those that helped provide the opportunity for us to do what we enjoy!

Ken
