You can always turn the stop on at the end of the track. You are likely to be the slower car anyway. I did this when my car wasn't fast enough to stop it properly at the start.
Turn it on at about 10 sec into the run and keep it on through the rest of the run. In this case you will change the first number in your timer to adjust your ET. Set the second number to something long enough that the stop will not turn off until you are well past the finish.

Ricki does that still work using the crew chief pro program? I have yet to use it for throttle stop predictions?

I don't know. I use DragStat and it allows this.
