My two cents
I would like to think I am neutral on Tony Stewart, not a follower or fan of him in the die hard sense.
I have filmed a bunch of car racing, and seen my share of sprint cars.
There are the opinions that its dark, this is only one camera, he didn't see him until too late, etc....

However, he is in big trouble from that one video.
He better load up on lawyers, because this one film is likely going to change his life forever.
My opinion is there was some buzzing going on, and he made the situation worse for himself by passing too close, and gunning the engine.

Some videos don't have enough quality to see enough details, but this may not be a low resolution phone video. There is enough here for a Warren Commission report, and 5 years of legal arguments. Remember you are only looking at the compressed you tube version, the original film will have more frames per second.

A Tony suspension wouldn't surprise me at this point.
