It's called transference, it's a psychological coping mechanism, where you transfer your emotions to those who refuse to acquiesce to your demands. In this case, you are eternally angry with Tony Stewart, and you assign that anger, by transference, to anyone who refuses to join you in your self righteous outrage at Tony Stewart.
