I thought his 63 was a stick car. By the looks of Paul's picture, sure looks like his left hand is ready to punch 2nd

1967 NHRA Winternationals
Dick Landy running his 1967 Coronet 'Model 440' {426 Street Hemi} in 'SS/B'. This was 'not' the {WO23 Hemi} Coronet Model 440 or a 'true' Coronet R/T. Last edited by Paul Ceasrine; 08-22-2014 at 04:56 AM. |

Charlie A,
Good Eyes This car was a 1967 Coronet 'Model 440' with a 426 Street Hemi. As per Dodge {for marketing purposes} the Coronet 'Model 440' was lettered with the 'R/T' logo on the front of the rear quarter-panels. Check out the 'flat' Hood {non R/T style}. As noted, this Coronet had suffered a damaged right front fender and twisted bumper in January 1967, just before the NHRA Winternationals. |
