On the 11th day of Christmas we must be reinforced, so we install Strange Aluminum caps.

I like the GM 12 bolt rear axle. For the Super 10 project it is a good choice.

These Strange Engineering caps provide added strength over the factory caps. Strange produces the cap "legs" slightly long so it can be custom fitted to the housing. The cap is bolted in place, bore measurement taken, then the cap "leg" is milled to produce the correct bearing bore.
